The newly regenerated Doctor, suffering side effects from his regeneration, crash lands the TARDIS in London. It's up to Rose to help him regenerate while also fighting off the Sycorax...and also deal with our PM and TORCHWOOD!!!!! This is technically a "special episode" and not really episode one, but there you go!
